Attorney Bio

Toni J. Braxton is the owner and managing partner of Braxton Legal Services, LLC.  A graduate of Yale University and the University of Alabama School of Law, she has more than 20 years of experience practicing law.  She is licensed to practice in both Alabama and Mississippi, although she can provide contract legal services in any jurisdiction.

Toni has always focused her legal talents on research and writing, drafting hundreds of briefs and motions for various clients over the years, and handling numerous appeals in state appellate courts, federal circuit courts of appeal and the United States Supreme Court.

The legal blog content she has been providing for several law firms across the country includes a wide variety of legal topics, such as estate planning, employment law, criminal law, family law, and personal injury.  Toni has also published several articles in the Alabama Lawyer and the Addendum, during her time on the editorial board for these publications.
